In blackjack, the doubling strategy only works after the first cards are dealt. Blackjack has a rather long history and huge popularity all over the world. Many players, hoping to win, began to develop strategies that could more or less guarantee a positive outcome of the game. One of the most popular strategies in blackjack is the doubling-up strategy. The strategy of playing Doubling Down Blackjack is that the player can double his bet and thus increase his chances of a good win. The doubling strategy is similar to the Martingale system, which is used when playing roulette. Its meaning is that after each lost bet, you should double the next bet and so pay off the previous loss. Double the bet before the first win.

In blackjack, the doubling strategy only works after the first cards are dealt. You can double the bet only after the first two cards. When should you double your bet? For example, the player has two cards in the hands of 8 and 3, and the Casino Dealer has 6 points. In this case, it is possible to double the bet, because the probability that the player’s next card may be some card with a value of 10 points is quite high, while the casino dealer will have fewer points after receiving another card.
The blackjack doubling strategy works if the casino does not set betting limits too low because then you can only double up to a certain point, and this point will also have to be taken into account. Also, before using such a strategy, the player should make sure that the casino allows doubling up on a soft hand. If not, then it is better to just draw a card, i.e. apply the “distribute” function.
Possible variants of the game for doubling: blackjack online
If the player has 8 total points in his hands, then you need to double the bet if the dealer has 3 and 6 in the game with several decks; when he has a 2 and a 6 in single-deck blackjack.
If the value of the player’s hand is 8, then he should only double down if the dealer has 5s and 6s with one deck, or not at all if the dealer is playing with multiple decks.
If a player has 11 points in his hand when playing with one deck, then it is worth doubling the bet without a doubt.
If a player has 11 points in a multi-deck game, then double down on any casino card, unless it’s an Ace.
The sum of the cards in the hand is 10 points – then you can safely double the bet if the casino dealer has cards from 2 to 9 in single-deck blackjack or a game with several decks.
If the casino puts a limit on bets at the blackjack table, then this point should be taken into account. In some cases, it can help: if the player cannot stop in time. For example, there is a $20 limit at the table. Then, according to the doubling strategy, the player can double the bet only until the amount reaches 20 c.u. – for this, he will have to double the bet 5 times. If none of the 5 cases brought the expected result, it makes sense to end the game and return later.
